8x8 Computer Graphics Video & Stereo Audio over Twisted Pair Matrix Switcher
The VP−8x8TP is a high−performance matrix switcher for computer graphics video and stereo audio signals. The unit routes any or all inputs to any or all twisted pair outputs. A compatible twisted pair receiver converts each output signal back to the original input formats.
oHigh Resolution - Up to UXGA/1080p.
oHDTV Compatible.
oInputs - 8 VGA on 15−pin HD connectors (VGA through UXGA) 8 unbalanced stereo audio on 3.5mm mini jacks.
oOutputs - 8 twisted pairs on RJ−45 connectors.
oActive Input Indication™ Reporting - Each input button on the front panel automatically lights when the unit detects a video signal on that input. When an input is selected for switching the button changes to a different color to indicate it is the active input.
oDelayed Switching™ - Up to a 3.5s (user selectable) delay for clean switching.
oKr-isp Advanced Sync Processing - Ensures compatibility with a wide range of computers (even if the sync level is too low) by restoring the sync signal waveform. Kr−isp advanced sync processing can be enabled or disabled.
oPower Connect™ Feature - A single connection to the transmitter (only) powers both units when the devices are within 150ft (50m) of each other.
oConfigurable EDID - For each input via RS−232.
oTake Button - Executes multiple switches all at once.
oMemory Locations - Stores multiple switches as presets to be recalled and executed when needed.
oAudio Breakaway Switching.
oSystem Range - Over 100m (330ft) transmission range between the switcher and the TP receiver.
oAudio Level Controls - For adjusting the signal level of each input.
oFront Panel Lockout.
oFlexible Control Options - Front panel RS−232 and RS−485 (using Kramer Protocols 2000 and 3000) IR remote and optional extension cable Ethernet with built in Web server.
oWorldwide Power Supply - 100−240V AC.
oStandard 19” Rack Mount Size - 1U. Rack ears included.
