The new GELJET range from Ricoh builds on the success of the GelSprinters and takes the technology to another level. The SG 2100N uses a new Gel formula with improved viscosity to give a better image quality and prevent clogging and drying in the print head. Maintenance is easy with only five consumables to replace and the SG 2100N has incredibly low power usage – only 27W compared with over 500W for a colour laser printer. The 2100N is also fast for a printer in its class at 29 pages per minute and is 30% smaller and lighter than its predecessors making it an ideal alternative to both laser and inkjet printers.
