The Micro Access Touch Panel Receiver allows TV viewing at a Plasma/LCD/TV. Designed for use with touch screen control panels such as Crestron the 512/P unit outputs composite video and audio to a suitable display device. Local channel and volume selection is made through a touch panel interface which then communicates this instruction through a RS232 connection to the Micro Access Touch Panel Receiver. The 512/P connects via the Cat-5/ UTP cabling infrastructure at distances of up to 800 meters (2600 ft) to a front panel RJ45 socket on a Quad Outlet Blade (Part 560/SPTL) housed inside the MediaStar Pro Hub (Part 500/SL).
